When getting started in the design process, it’s important to understand your client’s style and goals for their space. As a designer, it’s your job to help narrow down their options to fit their needs and bring their vision to life! Sometimes clients need designer input in order to make their space more functional and fashionable. Below are the next steps after assessing the initial design goals.

  • Choose the cabinetry line that will work best for the client. It is important to look at overlay styles, customization options, and lead times!
  • Choose wood species, door styles, and finishes.
  • It’s important to get all dimensions for other elements such as appliances and windows in order to create the best layout for your space.
  • Iterate designs using your favorite design software, our products can use both Design2020 and ProKitchen
  • Review your final design with the client and submit your order!

MMG representatives are well-versed in our products and can help designers at any point during the design process. If you have questions regarding customization options, just ask! We are here to assist in creating the best space for your clients.
